Hey listen, just because its costing us $10,000,000,000 per year doesn't mean it will actually work. Didn't you read the fine print? Thank god this deployment is also rekindling the nuclear arms race: see my previous entry "How I have missed the cold war..."

I also notice in that article the caption under the illustration says "Animated guide: How the system works" ... shouldnt that read "Animated guide: How the system DOESN'T work" ?

I feel safer already.
